Aversatilecloningplasmidfortheexpressionofgenesinmammaliancells.Thisplasmidcontainsthemultiplecloningsite(MCS)frompUC19howeverithasbeenmodifiedslightlytoaccommodatesomerestrictionsitesintheSnapFastTMsystem.ThesechangesaredescribedinthefullplasmiddetailsPDF.TheuseofthisMCSinsteadofthenormalSnapFastTMvectorMCSwilllimittheABIlitytousesomeoftheinsertsthatwesellthatimmediatelyflankorareinsertedwithinthestandardMCS.ThisprimarilyincludesN-terminaltagsandsignalpeptides.ThisisbecausetheseinsertsareflankedbyrestrictionsitesthatarenotcompatIBLewiththepUC19MCS.Mostotherinsertsshouldstillbecompatiblewiththisplasmid.
