Thisisanantibodyexpressionplasmiddesignedforthegenerationoffulllengthhumankappalightchainexpressioncassettes.Thevectorhasbeendesignedtocontainanon-palindomicresitrictionsitecalledBseRIupstreamfromthelightchaincodingregion.Whenthisenzymeisuseditproducesanoverhangfromthefirsttwotwonucleotidesinthefirstcodonoftheconstantregion.Thisallowsseamlessfusiontobemadebetweenvariableregionscarryingthesameoverhang.ThiscanbeachievedbycreatingavariableregionPCRfragmentthatcontainsaBserRIsiteattheendintheopposingorientation.
